This app was 5 stars last year; this year the app has been poor. I have a high schooler & an elementary student & I use this app for the daily & weekly announcements to stay connected & engaged in their schools/education. The app is not sending me push notifications any longer & the messages are mostly cut off (only shows the left quarter portion) requiring me to scroll horizontally but in doing so, the app freezes & I can't read the messages. Already uninstalled & reinstalled. Please fix!

Looking as other reviews maybe it goes by what the school wants to put in but mine personally it has the option to receive no shows, emergencies, general info by phone, text or email.and I choose all 3 for everything. I don't want to miss anything and if my child never showed up to school after getting the bus and for whatever reason I miss that call I would rather have a text there in my face so I can be on top ans on mine no option to say she will be late whatsoever

Thank you so much for your review. The application is configurable to each school district's requirements.

Seems ok at first, but usability is annoying. The biggest issue is that it's constantly signing you out, even though you receive notifications. The only real way to deal with that is to have a bad password so that it's easy to sign in, which is a terrible practice that it's leaning someone to. You also have to select each notification otherwise you always have some count on unread notifications, even though you're likely you have received an email so it's just redundant.

What's new

This release fixes an issue that left Push Notifications in a permanently off state for Android 13 (API Level 33).
