Why am I unable to open the application on my Android device? My information is correct, I tested it on my laptop. I just get stuck in a loading screen that never ends on my Android phone.

This is frustrating it won't let me log in!! I need this app for work and if anyone can figure out whats going on that would be greatly appreciated.

Can't even log in despite knowing my account and password. An app is kind of useless if you can't get into it, isn't it?
