At Kinetix, we manage the flow of physical energy through our fire & life safety services: water through pipes, air through ducts, and electricity through wires. We also manage business flow – the energy of teams and projects, budgets and deadlines through the concepts of ‘strategic execution’ and ‘program based services.’
Our technical skills and experience are supported by a keen understanding of team dynamics, problem resolution, and tight financial control helps us keep all the entities and energies of each project moving forward in a smooth organized flow.

Our History
Founded in 1993, Kinetix is a well-established commercial and government contracting entity with lines of business in facilities maintenance and management, specializing in fire & life safety services.
Our headquarters are based out of Boothwyn, PA, and we maintain offices in Washington D.C., Baltimore, and New York.
We are recognized as one of the few firms that focus on offering all of the fire and life safety maintenance services and provide national coverage with an emphasis on the northeast corridor. Kinetix is also a leader in community partnership projects, entrepreneurship programs, and community building initiatives.
