Worked great until last update. Bluetooth no longer connect from my phone. Must use laptop and USB cable. Sucks but at least it still works. If you optimized the user experience for Bluetooth, you suck at it. Unless making it useless was your goal, in that case, give yourself a raise and a standing ovation, because you nailed making Bluetooth worthless on this device!

Sent an email to support 2 days ago & a follow up email yesterday to no avail. Having problem with my shield bio but it seems their after sale services is non existence. Until my email replied, 1 star for this company. Update: they replied my email after a week & my issue was solved. Still, ux for this product should be better. Rated to 3 stars.

As of now it's been a great wallet real easy to use the only thing is when it comes to adding other coins it becomes a little challenging for someone that might be a beginner I feel like they should just have the coin and it makes a wallet address instead of having to go to the ethereum send it to aetherium have the ethereum while it recognize it and then give you a wallet that's confusing and you lose a little bit of money in the process
