SiteCam helps you to get jobs done with site photos. The SiteCam mobile app is an easy-to-use camera app that streamlines photo collection across your team. You (or others) can then instantly access the team’s site photos on the computer via the SiteCam web app. View progress, collect evidence, and generate reports all with improved context thanks to location pins on plans and maps. .

Communicate clearly with project stakeholders through comment threads linked to photos, their notes, and the position on the plan. Tag project members to alert them to a comment on photos. They can then jump straight to the conversation, understand what it relates to, and give you answers.

SiteCam is built to help with your field documentation so you have the records you need for project scoping, condition assessments, site updates, photo evidence, and issue flagging. Pin photos to plans and maps, to show exact location context and improve communication. Photos are automatically timestamped and GPS-stamped to improve your evidence records.

Cover yourself with photos of before, during, and after work is completed. Track changes through time by adding update photos to a Capture Group Timeline.

Photos in SiteCam can be sent to our report template, ready to edit, share via a URL, or download as a PDF. Reports include photo locations on your plans, GPS information, timestamps and your notes.


View your team’s photos by location, using map or plan views, or scroll through the gallery. You can search through photos by date, tags, record type, description text, and more. The AI search within the app allows you to search using the contents of a photo that has been analyzed and auto-tagged.

Capture construction defects or snags, with markups and descriptions of what needs to be done. Pin each defect to the plan to show exactly where work is needed, all clearly shown in your report. Add update photos to a pin to record evidence of how an issue has been fixed.

Super simple and intuitive app for tying site photos to a plan! No more balancing a clipboard in one hand and taking photos with the other while trying to track and scribble down photo numbers. Just snap your photos and drop a pin on the plan! SiteCam doesn't try to do too much, but has just the right amount of features to streamline field data collection and office review. Love the real time upload and the abilities to add tags/descriptions and create quick reports.

SiteCam is amazing, simple, straightforward and easy to navigate. This is actually one of the few apps that saves you time and gets the work done quickly. Upload plans, drop pins, take photos, add comments and it generates a very professional looking report for you. Highly recommend for anyone doing surverys, RFQ's or managing a project.

SiteCam is very helpful in construction industry especially in monitoring site accomplishment. It makes documentation easy and fast. Others can have an access also which it makes easier for the team to check and also monitor projects with ease, anytime and anywhere. If your are in the construction industry you must have this app. Kudos to the developer of this...hopefully soon you can add more features on this.

What’s new

You can now Bulk Edit photos from the gallery view. This mode allows you to change the Record Types of multiple photos at a time, as well as move them between Folders and add Tags to your selection.

This release also includes bug fixes and additional performance enhancements.
