Branch manager helped me open a checking/savings and explained in great details all the member benefits, also help me get a personal loan. When I say helped me, I mean, something went wrong where my debt to income was to high and wouldn't let me qualify for the loan. Instead of letting me go home feeling disappointed, the manager looked into it further by calling the processor and asking why I wasn't approved. They found the problem, and I ended up being approved instantly. Kudos!👍🏽

Great bank but app is a total failure. The app refuses to connect with the server at every attempt at login making it virtually useless. Not an isolated incident, this has been an issue for months, I can't believe that SF Fire hasn't rectified this issue. If I can't rely on a bank's mobile app, I can't rely on the bank. I'll be closing my SF Fire account and moving on to one of their competitors.

I only receive the alerts on my account when I open the app. For example, I hadn't opened my app for a day or two and then opened it today. My email suddenly got flooded with automatic deposit and other notices from the last couple days. It defeats the point of having account notices. Also, the redesign is frustrating. I used to be able to access my account with pin. Now, I have to enter my long password every time. I don't use biometric passwords with my phone. They are less secure.
