Plug and charge us very convenient, 22% to 80% took only 40 min. And good price.

First time using app, there should be a notification or auto stop when charger disconnects. App instructions unclear that you have to scan out. Arrived back at home and was notified I was being charged 100 baht per hour for over time booked. Called customer service and they could not find me in the system. Ended up driving back across Bangkok back to the parking space to scan the qr 3 hours later. Deleting this, PTT has lost my business for all things. App is useless in terms of support.
