App is a slow, frustrating, inconsistent experience. Unclear what's available and when, unless you do a lot of trial dates and times, and even then it takes awhile for a possibly reliable result. Requested a drop off and pick up of vehicle in app, then reached out to customer support after no response and they had no idea one had been made, again asking me for reservation time and address. Once I contacted a human, things went incredibly smoothly. App's poor performance almost had me give up

Very hard to make a reservation. Incredibly poor, unfriendly, inefficient interface! User has to endure enormous frustration hunting and pecking on a trial and error basis for a date/time combination that works! Some dates/times are already crossed out/greyed out. Fair enough, we get that. But then why do so many dates/times that are not crossed out/greyed out return an error message when you select them? (And, for that matter, after a delay.) What a freakin' mess.

best rental ever! custom service and readiness to accommodate unlike any other rental companies I've ever dealt with. they send someone to pick you up right at the airport terminal and drop you off as well. and NO time wasted with pick up and drop off, all together 10 minutes experience. not to mention cars safe for you and your family on any highway
