If you need a loan go see Lisa Gronotti. She is amazing and can help anyone find a mortgage and even a realtor to get you to that next level in your life of home ownership. But do it with grace ,patience (and boy did it take some with me) , caring for the coustmer that she is working with. I am sure some were alot easier than me but she never faltered and kept the course. When even I did not want to anymore and thanks to her I have my forever home and the most amazing rate I could ever imagined
