Absolutely horrible, no payment options (tried 3 different credit and debit cards) are accepted, you cannot contact anyone, just a very limited bot. You're also obliged to have a RUT, nice way of discriminating any foreigners. Wasted loads of time and couldn't park, so the experience is the opposite of "simple park", any machine would be more reliable.

pésima aplicación, no digerible para personas comunes, muy inentendible para adultos mayores que acuden a la municipalidad a hacer sus trámites, parece que no saben mucho de "experiencia de usuario", acá está una cola de personas preguntándole a la "asistente" que explica en "su propio dialecto" como ópera la app, pero por la cara de los usuarios se ve claramente que todo el día debe pasar atendiendo a gente pues nadie entiende como funciona.

la aplicación es un robo a mano armada, cobraron tres veces el tiempo que se usó
