I've been using Simplex since October 2023 to current. It's a love hate. I love when it functions correctly and I hate when it disconnects out of no where and doesn't notify me while I'm driving. Usually the built in ELD will beep if it's not connected. I have to check it frequently and I think that's unnecessary. If you have bad phone service in mountains and rural areas it'll also lags out or freezes. It's pretty frustrating at times. Nobody wants to be in compliance over their ELD 🤦🏽‍♂️😂😡

It's ok a little clunky but useful
