why the app prompted me to update and then after the update I can't even use the app. It just kept asking me to update when I already updated the app. this is so frustrating, you shd improve the app and not going backwards instead!!! now I can't even use the app!!!!

After downloading, instructed me to download latest update. Tried and failed, repeatedly. Can't use the app at all on my redmi 14 note pro. The same app I downloaded on my previous phone had no problems.

Disappointed with the app. I can’t view my policies from the app, though they show up on the web portal. And even then, not all my policies are visible there either. I’ve emailed support a few times but haven’t received any response. Most of my policies were previously from Aviva, and I’ve heard Singlife’s customer service is notoriously bad. This experience unfortunately confirms it. I hope to reduce the number of policies I have with Singlife.
