The Municipal Secretariat for Legal Support of São José dos Campos, through its Consumer Protection Division (PROCON), launches an application to facilitate the registration of complaints and denunciations by citizens in the face of suppliers of consumer products and services. This is yet another channel that the São José dos Campos City Hall makes available, in addition to the existing ones, such as Procon Digital accessed through the website https://www.sjc.sp.gov.br/servicos/apoio-juridico/procon -de-sao-jose-dos-campos. The system was developed by IMA (Informatics of Associated Municipalities).

In this application, it is possible to make complaints and complaints through an existing user in the Procon Digital system, as well as, if you have not previously registered, do it in the application itself. In addition, it is possible to follow procedures already formalized.

When registering the complaint or complaint, the citizen will describe the report and there is also the possibility to send photos and a video of the claimed product.

The application also allows you to consult information about consumer rights.
