Ratings and reviews

The apps open up with Chinese letters on the main page. Also, the app only works if you allow it access to your location, contacts and all media including pictures. I can understand media for the music but there is no reason for the App to have access to my contacts, pictures or location. I don't feel comfortable with that. I am uninstalling the app and returning the diffuser.

The app is loading. I cannot use it. I am connected via bluetooth and able only to play music on it. Pressing the top left corner bluetooth button shows nothing in the device list. In the mist menu i cannot press any button. In the lights menu i can press all buttons but nothing happens. The music menu shows a list and I can play music. And the more menu tells me that it should auto connect. If you have any suggestion on how to connect to it i will be more than happy to give more stars.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying, but I did not know the name of the app until I received the diffuser and the instruction manual. It requires access to EVERYTHING in order to work: contacts, pictures, media, location. Why does it need my location, pictures and contacts? I uninstalled and am retuning the diffuser. Happy to buy again once the access issue is fixed and can use the app without giving access to everything on my phone.
