Founded by Mr Narayan Reddy in 1974 in Bangalore by selling gramophone records, we have travelled a long way over the last 43 years to be synonymous with mobile phones. Today, we continue that journey under the dynamic leadership of Mr Subhash Chandra, Managing Director.

Very disappointed with the delivery service! I placed an order for a mobile phone, and the app showed delivery in 30 minutes. It has now been over 3 days, and I still haven’t received the product or any update. Tried contacting support but got no proper response. Please improve your delivery service and customer support. Not the kind of experience expected from a reputed brand like Sangeetha. Worst experience Ever. Better stop Online Orders..

I had a terrible experience with the Sangeetha app. My product was never delivered, and the payment kept showing as pending for several days. I had to make multiple follow-up calls just to get an update on the order status — and not once did anyone from Sangeetha bother to call me back proactively.

I'm giving 1 star because there is no option available for less than 1. The worst online support team. I've ordered a product on 12th Oct but still the product didn't dispatched. Called so many times and Sent number of mails to them. Very disappointed with the customer support team. And the worst thing is there is no cancel option on Sangeetha app. We've to send mails to them. But they don't cancel. They'll charge for cancellations also. I never ever suggest Sangeetha to anyone.
