For the past month it has been replaying the same songs constantly. It doesn't matter what artist I'm playing. The shuffle system doesn't work. I emailed customer support many times but all they said was I need to list those songs. I listen to it at work and I can't stop every time to do so unfortunately. I feel like they should be able to look back at my play history to see the songs that keep repeating. I have been a loyal customer for years but this will be my last month.

The app worked great for years. The most recent update has got me not. Able 2 access, my favorites. Keeps telling me there's a network issue. I check my network and it's fine. All my favorite songs are now not playable. Due to this. I don't think the update really helped. Accessing our favorites market states in the big update.

My music that I had on a station that I made after becoming a premium member has been altered. If this keeps up I will go to other means of music instead of this one. I have been with this app for over 10 years now and they are making it very difficult to stay with them. I have the receipt that I paid for premium and still have me as being plus.
