12/24/22 App working fine but does not allow me to change treatment mode. Accepts input. Be sure to have ihelmet activated while updating your account and pw. Nice, new graphics. Some difficult to see, like grease reading, etc. Thanks for update, was missing my usual maintenance treatments!

The app is not working since upgrade! It closes quickly with each attempt to open it. No one responds at the company's website. No customer service.

I have been using the app for over two years with my Ihelmet, however, all of the sudden the app stopped working, and no one is giving me any information about how to fix it, now I have this expensive laser helmet that I can't use. Where is the Customer service!
