it didn't want to connect until I agreed to pay for subscriptions. No wonder you don't have many users, you don't give them a chance to try the app out before your app hits them up for money to pay for a subscription. I'm out, I don't have time or money to mess about wasting my money paying for an app just to try to see if it will work. Apps are the most stupidest idea ever, they take up too much room in memory & they are no where near to what they are cracked up to be. especially apps like this

It would be nice to let me check if the app supports my printer or not without paying. It is forcing me to paying to able check if it supports or not. I am fine if you are forcing to me your ads but at least let me try if it works or not. After that I can decide if I buy or not your app. Everytime when I am choosing my printer then comes up first to pay and after some seconds it let me close the window and after comes ads and then the app is going back to the main page.

I actually downloaded this app because I did set up my printer. But after I realised the printer had a technical fault on I have stopped using this app in the interim. But I didn't find faults on it for our brief encounter. Perhaps fair to give it a 3 star
