To use the SMBT Mobile app, you must be enrolled as a SMB&T digital banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

Ratings and reviews

Lost more stars than before. Not only does it take sometimes more than a week to update transactions, it shows the day it was UPDATED, not the day the transation occurred, so figuring out how much you spent on X day is impossible. Also, I now exclusively get updates when I get money deposited into my account, and never when it gets taken out, which is basically the opposite of what is helpful in any way. I spent a couple hundred on a class ring? Nothing. Get $13 deposited into my acct? OH GOD.

The ability to do my banking with my phone, while being in Florida is simply stunning!

I like it because I can log in with just a pin number. I wish I could see deposits in process. If I'm not sure if I did a remote deposit correctly, there is no way for me to see if it's in process until usually a day or two later when it's actually posted. That makes me want to try again to be sure it's deposited correctly.
