Glitchiest app ever... We have 2 cars that my wife and I must both access, but the valets are unable to get both to show up on both our apps. The validation system doesn't work either, currently neither of our phone numbers are showing up. Basically this app doesn't work, and after 2 months of our condo trying to get it to work, everyone is lobbying to ditch it.

So trying to register my car on your online portal but it just flat out doesnt work. For the make and color options there is nothing to choose from. It seems like there is supposed to be a drop down menu but theres nothing in it. I tried this in multiple browsers with no luck. How can I get registered? It seem like for the app to work I need to do this on the web first. If you can help that would be great

A prior review reported a registration glitch in 2018, still not fixed three years later. User interface is stupidly counterintuitive; took a dozen tries before it worked. A perfect example of how not to write software and how not to provide customer service.
