Not able to view passwords entered = more errors, more lockouts! Ugh!! Tired of this! Also, system doesn't accept input as fast as i type = more errors, more lockouts! Impossible for a short person to take pictures of check to deposit. Software only focuses and aligns picture correctly if the taker is at least 5'6" or more. I can't do it because I'm 5'1" and have to get my husband to do it! Frustrating!

I have low balance alerts on my checking accounts. Busy couple days and some electronics payments stacked up, resulting in $90 worth of overedraft fees without a single notification. My balance is at the end of the day, my responsibility However, if you offer notifications, they should work consistently Please address

We used to love this app, & used it all the time to deposit checks. It won't read any of them anymore. They also have you write "for electric deposit only" in the endorsement area, so when the electric deposit fails on this app I guess you have to get the check reissued? :( refuses to remember my password too...
