Ratings and reviews

Hate it. A lot of extra scrolling and tapping for additional or expanded views. Wondered if they conducted user testing research before they launched this product? Feels like they're moving backwards and not forward with the functionalities. So sad that the branch is so far away from me and now the app is not easy to navigate, which will lead me to find another Credit Union to bank with that has an easier, more intuitive app. Thanks for a great 10 years of banking with you though!

Great credit union, but terrible app. Cumbersome, at best, it's almost as if they failed to research other banking apps to see what the competition does well. It's unnecessarily complex for simple tasks (too many steps for no reason) and works poorly with their back-end (changes update in days, not seconds or hours; and definitely not instantly). I honestly wish they'd given it more thought because Partner's, itself, is a fantastic credit union - 5 out of 5. Their app, 2 out if 5 at best.

Still getting used to the new look, not a fan at this point. I have to rotate phone landscape to see all text. Even then text is being cutoff. Contrast on the pages are not that great, (presentation) everything seems to look the same. Also it seems the app is still in development.....
