REX (Retail Excellence) is a mobile application for Retail Merchandising Services, Inc. field representatives that allows them to view their assigned work and complete reports in store. This allows reps to easily view their scheduled services by location, complete their store report questionnaires, take photos, and submit reports.

When taking a picture, it takes much longer for the shutter to take the photo, and the Camera makes subject appear larger and I cant tell if Im getti g everything in the picture and then the picture comes out too far away. Also, the app is taking forever to load my stores, like up to an hour or more, even after rebooting phone and uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

App was just updated, horrible now. It takes forever to upload anything if it uploads at all. I have to keep trying uploading photos over and over again. It's not user friendly, confusing on the homepage, shows much more work then I know I have for the week, would rather it show zero when I am done for the week instead of showing next week's work also.

I thought maybe my phone was the problem but it seems I'm not the only one with this issue. App takes forever to load! I usually turn the wifi off thinking that's the issue but can't tell if it helps or not. Usually end up restarting phone as well. I lose a lot of time this way. Seems like this shouldn't be that hard to fix. I try to remember to sign in on my way to work but inevitably crashes anyway when I walk in. Also hate having to type in not applicable all the time.
