I can't log in, can't get a code to reset password/pin. I've reached out to support but no response. So I lose out on my benefits.

Haven't been able to use it. I was sent a pin, app said it was invalid. Hit "forgot pin," never got an email

I can not login. I keep trying to reset the pin and it never sends me an email. At least I'm not the only one who has this problem.
