About this game

“Whatever it is, it can wait until morning,” you say as you leave the club.
“You’ll want in on this case,” Logan says. “Your mother’s been arrested for murder.”

Solve It 2: My Father’s Killer is a thrilling murder mystery/visual novel where your choices change the story. Race against time as you and the famous detective T.S. Logan struggle to find the real killer. The truth will tear Silicon Valley apart.

CHOOSE HOW TO INVESTIGATE
What kind of detective are you? Will you ally with the handsome biker? Do you let the beautiful magician take you home? Do you fall for Logan, the “Sleuth of Silicon Valley”? Will you save your mother from prison, and death?

FACE YOUR PAST
It’s all because of that terrible night, ten years ago, when Harry Vale attacked your family. What if everything you knew about it was a lie? Who was your dad, really? What did he hide? Could the killer be your mom? Or...you?

SOLVE THE MURDER
Keep your head in the game. Track down witnesses and suspects. Break their alibis. Get your evidence to the judge before someone silences your mom forever. Make hard choices along the way.

A STANDALONE STORY
You don’t have to play Solve It 1 to enjoy this interactive story! But if you did, you can re-enter your choices in Solve It 2. Or change them! It’s up to you.

Download now! Two murders! Two killers! Solve It 2!

Story line is intriguing &:you are definitely given options as to your decisions. It's interesting, and gets you into a detective mode for sure. Not too long of a game, and there are definitely some characters in it to question. Overall the game is good but you will run out of hearts which in turn makes you wait til they replenish to continue the game...

The game mechanics and storyline are fine, but I can't stand these deceptive freemium games! You can only play for a few minutes, then you have to wait 30 minutes for the next "key" in order to keep going. Or you can pay for more keys and skip the wait. It's extremely aggravating and nothing like the older Haiku games. Those were truly free, and they're the best mystery games in the Play Store. I recommend that you check out the older Haiku games and skip the Solve It games.

I love Haiku, but wasn't as happy with this game as with some of the others. If you choose not to buy keys to unlock new chapters, the ratio of play time to wait time is annoying. I know the developers need to earn money, but the key prices don't seem worth it. I'd much rather pay a flat fee and get access to the whole game. I really love Haiku stories and characters. If I could buy full access without worrying about running out of keys and having to buy more later, I'd give the game 5 stars.
