spent like 80$ (haven't actually been able to cash out yet have only made 37$ in like a month due to poor signal or so the app says) buying a portable wifi thingie thinking it would solve my problem. Nope. if anything the signal was worse. I cant get my money back for the data and kind of doubt I can get my money back for the box because I dont think I have the receipt anymore. this app is a great concept but its just not all the way there yet. needs speaker phone also

Fails on a weekly basis. The calls are answered my end but there is no prompt, no volume meaning that I can not hear the caller even though the call connects and the caller is charged. Support can take hours, sometimes days to respond with the same copy pasted response each time which doesn't necessarily relate to the issue that I raise.

I love this app but I need help with getting my ID verified. It's rejecting me over and over and I need to get paid. Please could I get some assistance:(
