I was told by a bank employee that I would be able to cancel the e-statement (which we never signed up for or requested) to getting a paper statement mailed to us & that the only way it could be done was via this app. Have spent 2 days combing this app for that option & it is NOT there! Idk why this can't be done physically at the bank or even by a phone call. Definitely frustrated & not happy.

Never had an issue with the app until I upgraded to the Samsung S22 Ultra. I'm currently unable you use the app at any capacity, upon launching the app it will only display the SWOFCU logo and then it freezes. I'm sure it just a compatibility issue with the new OS on the phone, it's frustrating none the less.

Very straightforward and easy to use however it crashed two times while uploading a check. Third time is a charm I guess
