Service is too poor, the customer service personnel is unfriendly.... In you need data quickly, do not use the app, it takes hours for order to be fulfilled, I edited my review from 5 star to 1 star, if there's an option for zero star, I would have given it.

This like d worst app to use and they have d worst customer service in the whole world It's either d money I send doesn't reflect to my account or I don't receive the data I order 😒😒😒,,, they really need to close this app. I'm going back to buy my data d usual way I would rather pay more Dan be going through their nonsense every time Rubbish 😡😠

Hi speedy team Sorry it as to come to this. This is the third time am buying data and is still pending for hours. The other two still pending and you've deducted it from my balance. Also I also have a cancelled deposit which has been debited from my account. But neither did it reflects in this balance. Pls what going on. Pls do something . Much love
