Ratings and reviews

This app is the absolute best for tip calculation. It allows you to adjust by all the parameters (tip percentage, tip amount, total amount, persons to split, and rounding) and immediately recalculates everything to show you what each parameter is. No other app does this!!! It also clearly separates the tax from the tip base amount. Everything is clear and all on one screen. There are a lot of tip apps, and none comes close to this one in completeness of functions and ease of use.

It works fine. I just find it too busy to look at and find what I am looking for. Maybe the white arrows are too large compared to the numbers in the boxes. The green bars are so bold that they scream like neon- making me avoid looking at them. I prefer up/down arrows instead of the slider for tip options, but appreciated being able to lock it in settings. Nice to have the adds out of the way st the top. Don't avoid trying this app. It could be the best one for you. I just prefer a subtle look.

This is a really good app it's very easy to use and understand. There's just one thing that should be different on it. The sales tax is expressed in $dollar$ amounts. I think it should be expressed in %percentages% so it could calculate your State's sales tax for you. But other than that it's a really good app. I especially like the fact that you can turn on your phone's camera light and use it like a flashlight I have never seen that in any other tip calculators. Bravo to the Developers.
