Horrible experience, first day I was so excited to use this app to open the storage's gate door instead to use the keypad, second day, when I went back to the Storage and tried again to use the app opening the gate, it didn't work anymore, so I called customer service for it, they told me the head office blocked this function and they couldn't do anything about it!!!! Why designed this app for if you didn't let any tenants to use to for? I was so disappointed about it!! (3429 Kennedy Rd, #3030)

App doesn't seem to be working. The door access button doesn't work. It doesn't even show when my pins been used in the building. It says there's a payment issue. I went inside the office to get it cleared up and they looked at me like I had three heads. Uninstalling.

I just love my storage mart! Lisa and Mark are always there to help no matter what it is or the time of day. I paid my bill quite late one month and there was a second lock put on until I paid it. I had gone there to my storage and there was a lock on it. I had paid my bill but Mark must have been busy and forgot to take it off. It was after 9pm called customer service and they got in touch with Lisa the property manager. She came out and took off second lock. She didnt mind, now thats service!
