Stroke is the fifth leading cause of death in the U.S. and yet most people don’t know how to recognize a stroke.

This app shows the signs of a stroke in simple easy graphics. If you or someone else is having a stroke this app will call 911 directly and instantly send text messages to as many as 3 emergency contacts notifying them that you are having a medical emergency and calling 911.
If you are looking for the closest certified stroke center (not all hospitals have stroke treatment capabilities) this app will find the closest certified stroke center for you.

Lifesaving. Necessary. A Must Have!!!!! The latest update is sorely lacking and disappointing. I stand corrected. Latest Android Update and Google is not on par as before. Menus unattainable, inability to complete emergency contact, personal information, data. Disappointing. Overwhelming screen, text compromised, smashed together. Previous version was excellent.

It's disappointing to see well intentioned organization offering a tool to help with stroke victims not work at all. I couldn't even get it to launch. every time I tried I would would get a blank/black screen which also interfered with my ability to operate my phone. my advice, please hire someone who know how to build an app that works.

The New version of the App is fantastic, very fast and user friendly UI. Awesome.
