Worst experience ever!!! I've been a loyal customer up till this stage! I scheduled for my box to be swapped, but that didn't happen! I contacted the customer service to inform them about this, and they mentioned rescheduling the delivery for me. And once again, nobody came to swap my box for me, and I had to contact customer service again! Also, they kept saying that because I didn't reply so they would go ahead and close my chat, so every time, I need to re-explain what happened.

Luckily, I have my friend's referral and a month free subscription. Else, I'd be regretting opting into the subscription now. During pre-subscription, I found a couple of nice dresses to rent and their sizes appeared to be available in the app. At post-subscription, realized that the sizes are NOT available. Therefore, as new users, we need to be aware that the available sizes you see during pre-subscription may/may not be available at the post-subscription.

Only been on the app for a day to realised that it is difficult to get sizes for your choice. Most likely cause of limited quantities of the clothing. Realised that i just spent unnecessary amt to not even be able to rent out a piece of my choice. To make things worst, they make it hard for you to cancel the subscription. You have to talk to their cust service via the chat to cancel, what a hassle. Please just have the cancel button on the app.
