This application allows to calculate simple fire characteristics. The different calculation sheets are based on the NUREG (USA) fire calculation sheets available on https://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/doc-collections/nuregs/staff/sr1805/s1/

The application contains the following fields
- Burning duration of solid combustibles calculation
- Compartment over-pressure characteristics calculation
- Detector response time (Smoke detector, Sprinkler, FTH detector)
- Explosion pressure / Energy evolution calculation
- Hot gas layer temperature calculation
- HRR of a cable tray fire calculation
- Liquid pool fire characteristics calculation
- Radiant heat flux calculation
- Temperature of a buoyant fire plume calculation
- Visibility through smoke calculation
- Wall flame height characteristics calculation

Calculations proposed in this application are only dedicated to the calculation of the order of magnitude of usual fire hazard related characteristics. They cannot replace engineering studies and remain far less precise than well-conducted 3D CFD calculations.
