Inefficient! Unless I am actively using my phone at the time, I do NOT get notifications about any of my appliances. I have verified that my Internet connection is good, wifi is good, app is up-to-date, and notifications are set. Sad, since the appliances themselves are awesome! I get much better results with my LG app letting me know how much time is left on my washer or dryer cycle.

Unlike many, I had no problems to connect my new refrigerator to my Wi-Fi and then to access it on my phone. The refrigerator did a software update straight away, which seems bizarre for this kind of product. After that, the app is fairly useless. I have set the temperature units on the fridge to °C, but the app shows only °F. How hard is it for Sub-Zero to do? Then I find that the app shows only the set temperature, not the actual temperature. But when I'm away, I want to know if it's ok.

App crashes when I tap add an appliance. Tried to uninstall and then reinstall. No luck. You would think as big of a company as they are they could at least make an app work. Disappointed. Figured out issue on my own. You must have Bluetooth turned on before opening app or it crashes when you go to add appliance. Working good now. Three stars for frustration. Well app crashes, reinstalling again. Ugh!
