found out how to successfully communicate with picar-x from sunfounder mobile app. wonderful - been playing all day - my lack of understanding was my problem

I am using this with the GalaxyRVR and it is working quite well. I am even using it with a phone created Hotspot and I am quite impressed in the responsiveness.

The app does not connect to the car. I know I ip address is right because I can connect using vnc and control the car.
