Once set up and routines in place, the blinds work as intended. The biggest issue is the app. I did setup and calibration on a Pixel 5a, and it was kind of frustrating. The app hangs every 5th or so time I launch it. During calibration, the app would cease communicating with the wand. Some wands were no problem, others I had to try 12+ times to finish. I would like to set routines with sunrise/sunset, which the app doesn't currently support. I'm happy I bought these, but be patient with the app.

The product is great, no problems but I think the software needs to be upgraded (maybe a splash of color and the ability to save the calaboration to the phone). I used to get emails about low battery alerts but I dont get them anymore.

I looooove these wands! I started out with 4, then purchased 2 more, and then 4 more after that. Now all of my blinds have them. They work wonderfully. I'm a person that likes lots of light in my home but hates going around to each window on 2 floors to open and close the blinds everyday. This has solved that problem and so much more. I've set up groups of blinds that can be controlled together. I also have certain blinds that are set to only open partially. All of my blinds are on a schedule depending on if it's a weekday or weekend. The new double tap feature is awesome! If I want to manually open or close a blind all I have to do is double tap the wand. Genius! They also work seamlessly using the Google Assistant. I'm sure they'll work with Alexa just as well (haven't got around to setting that up yet). The best part of everything is Adam, the Founder and CEO. He is extremely responsive to any inquiry you may have and solves any hiccups quickly and effortlessly on your part. Great company!
