Ratings and reviews

Sweater gets it right. The onboarding process was very easy. The short, guided videos told me everything I needed to know in a way that was easily digestible. Set up was quick and easy. Now that I'm a member, the UI is clean, simple, and intuitive to navigate. I like that I can use my fingerprint to login and right on the home screen I see my member number and my account balance in dollars and in share count. From there I am a click away from adding funds and managing recurring investments.

3 features every user would love to see in future version of the app - 1) Ability to change/edit recurring investment date every month. Currently, we can only cancel and create recurring payment on present day. Users are unable to pick a date. 2) Ability to remove linked bank account. Currently, there is no option to remove a bank account once linked 3) Acces statements digitally Appreciate everyone's hard work in making this platform accessible!

This has not been resolved at all. So I was charged 5 times for one transaction ( 5 * 500$). Ended up with a negative balance. Was able to put a claim on 4 of those transactions. Now on top of still taking 500$ of my money. I don't even see my nav shares showing up. I reached out to support they have no idea why this is happening and no timeline when it would be resolved. So far so good.
