Note: When a driver is On Duty we will collect the driver’s location data always (even when the app is not in use) in order to assign jobs and to share location data with customers while the driver is on a job. If the driver is off duty, location will not be required.

Notifications don't always work as intended, sometimes the swoop notification sound is heard and many times it doesn't sound off so I have missed many jobs because the notification alert did not work !! This glitch has cost my company many lost jobs and I have notified Swoop but nothing has been done to improve the situation !!👎The app often times is down and not working so I have to close it and reopen it several times before it resets👎App shows map of San Francisco but my work area is Miami

All is good, except most recent update notifications are hit or miss. All jobs come through as far as I know, but there isn't always a notification, so when I open the app sometimes I find out I e missed a couple jobs because no sound/alert notification happened. Sometimes it does make a noise. And yes ,I've made sure volume is always on and up.Last but not least, an option for notification looping as well as custom notification noise/sounds would be nice, some of us are deep sleepers.

Congratulations. Your latest update broke the navigation function. Now whenever I tap on the address in an incoming job offer, it simply opens a webpage with an "apple maps" url and never fully loads, so I can't see where the job even is (and it's usually on a highway, which we are legally required to decline, resulting in a lower provider score. Thanks a lot). It doesn't work in "completed jobs" either; same "apple maps" web garbage that should open GMaps app but doesn't. Good job.
