Syncro is your all-in-one platform for managing your managed services or similar business. Our (Lite) app enables you to work on tickets and invoices and more from the field.

Quickly look up any of your open invoices, select a payment method, and take payment.

You can use this as a field technician now too - on-tap “check-in” and “check-out” of a field job, upload attachments, and track time spent on tasks with ease.

Buggy and slow on the app. Often having to reopen the app several times to get information I'm looking for. I use it for work, wouldn't recommend to my enemies. Clicking customer and search gives too much and hard to find because it doesn't search customers. Only to error and do several times to for e to the web. Makes me want to quit my job. Not because work is hard but app is broken.

The app is a great idea and allows for easy management while on the go. The main issue I run into is having to wait a while for assets or other information to load even when on wifi. The app needs more refinement and just needs to work the same all the time.

Very lightly functional. You can see tickets, but not the asset info on the ticket? You can see chats, but only after you figure out which chat is open. It caches lightly during session, but not offline so it's ready to go when you need it. Can't assign or reassign tickets directly. Just weird. End up going to the site most of the time, which is a bummer for a 1-man shop on the go all the time.
