About this app

With Paledo, Syntactix offers you a modern, user-friendly tool to digitize your entire maintenance processes without paper. The system integrates seamlessly into your existing IT landscape and can be used on its own or together with SAP PM.
Even without programming knowledge, your employees can independently display the existing forms electronically and link them to system data. The mobile documentation is done either on tablet PCs or, on the Paledo smartphone app.

The smartphone app supports the processes:
- Creation and processing of fault notifications
- Creation and processing of maintenance orders
- Use of barcodes/QR to create reports or to call up orders
- Processing of user-defined workflows
- Creation of time confirmations
- Creation of photo documentation
- Use of material reservations
- Processing of checklists for operations
- Processing checklists while creating complex PDF reports in the backend
- Access to technical documentation in the plant structure or to documents on the order
- Geolocation of objects
