I tried Tekad Haji transfer to Savings account, and it said that it would transfer after cutoff time, which was in a day, but the next day, nothing happened. I don't want to go to the bank just to withdraw money, which is inconvenient for me. Also, I tried canceling standing instruction, but it told me to go to the nearest bank. You should be able to cancel it from the app but the app told me to cancel it from the bank itself. So inconvenient and inefficient app.

Apps not working.clicking register or login, nothing happen. Should test the apps before shifting from old to new apps. TAIB you are making my life difficult, with this covid happening, I have to go out and go to the counter to resolve any issue. When calling you number also slow to pick up. Services at counter also very slow. Unhappy with the apps and your servicesπ

Unable to recharge credit on my smartphone. After updating, theres like becoming alot to fill in. There also like trying to change the save account to easily pay one but unable to add. Not sure if its the number account error since i did text the other party about it and they didn't change that no. Account. Its not easy to save as favourite one, if only they can make easily save as favourite before sent/transfer to other party or recharge credit
