Very helpful app for our cruise! It was nice to have our itinerary and reservations in a single place. It also made check-in super easy with a scannable QR code. I think the app could be improved in some ways (adding the opening / closing times of stores and restaurants on board, for example) but it was very useful overall.

Tried to pay for a booking change, but it didn't work - app never opened BankID and just failed on timeout, and button "Open BankID app" didn't work either. Manually opening BankID did not help. I have one of the most common Android phones on the market... Do you ever test your app? Also, there's no way to report bug from within the app, as it seems.

I have been using this app for many years for commuting between Helsinki and Tallinn to buy tickets and check in online. But from now on, they are adding a coupon for 10 eur discunt for 200 uer purchases on board that disables online check-in. That coupon is added automatically, even if i don't need it. But with it, i have to spend time in the ferry terminal to check in and print a ticket. Waste of my time, waste of paper - for what?? And they increased prices as well. Totally disappointed.
