Do not use this service. I'm convinced this is a scam. I signed up 2 weeks ago for lawn services. I've had 3 scheduled appointments and the contractor didn't show up every time. They keep rescheduling / not showing up. I called their customer service line after the 2nd no-show and they haven't been successful in getting a contractor to show up. Awful everything

Here is how it works: they send you jobs that are underpriced, make you upload 10-15 photos before service, then action shots while your mowing - not easy to do if you are by yourself, upload 10-15 more pics after service only to nitpick the hell out of everything. Then you have to return to the property to trim the 1 blade of grass the edger missed, or the one 6" stick the was lying on the driveway in the pic and upload more photos. Total waste of time, sticking with my own accounts

Horrible, I will say it has great jobs! However dont expect to get paid at all haven't gotten paid for any jobs I completed they keep saying oh finance team will reach out yet never hear from them. Keep saying test deposits are coming and nothing. Was told your money is pending and nothing yet your customer service guy, got a little attitude with me cause I keep asking how long does it take HORRIBLE APP!! PLEASE AVOID !!
