Worst experience ever with e-commerce. I ordered an item from the website. I prepaid the amount and was informed that it would reach me a week later. 10 days with no update. In the website, you can't even check your order history. What a pathetic trick to force people to download the app and when I go to the app, I see an ambiguous status- "Order processed". I get a 404 error for the tracking page. After this I get a text message saying that the product is OOS and my order is cancelled.

While there are so many beauty applications in the market now where Nykaa, Purple and Myntra checks all the marks for a convenient and hassle free application, this app shows that there has been little to no research or product development involved before the launch. I ordered a product and within a day, I wanted to cancel it. It shows "packed" and not even "shipped" but there is no cancel button. Also there is no refusal of product delivery option to cancel the product.

Worst app ever . The estimated date of my product delivery is too long compared to other apps. Even after estimate date exceeded my products haven't been shipped. I called customer care to raise a complaint. they said customers have to wait 3 more days after the estimated date to raise a complaint and after they gonna check the issue and give response in next 3 working days. How disappointing . I don't know, when my products gonna deliver 🙏🏻.
