The delivery process is good. Packaging is good. But the food is not good. Everytime I ordered, there has been a stink from the non veg items. I have ordered 3 times and in the last order the chicken biriyani had stale chicken and my entire family puked after having the chicken. The fish tikka was also so so hard. It no way tasted like fresh fish.

Went through it, chose items, even applied tic coupon only to find that my address is not deliverable. My question is, if you can't deliver then why showing the options in first place? Delivery location and GPS was always on while ordering. Please increase your reach, not all lives within stones throw distance from your restaurants.

1. Placing the order is a cumbersome process 2. Their payment gateway is a perpetual problem but it somehow seems to work at the end. 3. There is no way of tracking and connecting with the delivery personnel. They don't stick to the committed delivery schedule. 4. The earliest delivery slot offered in between 1.30 - 2pm. IHC cannot be relied on in case you have lunch early. Also, see point no. 3. You're just stuck as the app doesn't offer any mode of tracking the order.
