The only issue I have is when I'm adding $ to my prepaid account. It always says there's an error refilling the account and then sends me another message instantly saying I've already added $ to the account and can't add anything else for 24 hours. Its inconvenient, but it doesn't stop me from being able to add money to my prepaid account. Much easier than calling or going there.

Well this app is stupid and useless because you obviously have to have an account setup from the website page and there's no option to set up an account. All they give you is to go ahead and log in but you can't do that if you don't have an account set up with them pay your bill online..duuhh.

Pros: I can pay my bill using the app. App warns me when the account balance is low. Cons: I have to get my card and retype the same card number EVERY time I make a payment. This is my only bill that I currently have to do that with.
