Since the new update the app will not allow me to log in. It tells me an unexpected error has occurred please try again later and it's been like this all week what HUGE inconvenience for me when I do everything through my app. I am definitely switching credit unions after this it was the last straw with me and I have been with team one since the beginning!!!

May 24: bugs still present! Jan 2024 update: This update is awful. If you have thumb print access enabled,when you launch the app and click on the three dots for more options and are prompted to sign in with your thumb print, the app asks you to enable gps to find atms. You cannot decline or back out. Also on the home screen there is an icon that looks like the standard sms icon but it is for video call! Bad UI design. And another inescapable prompt for microphone access

Once I was finally able to access my account, the new app seems nice. However, the hassle and time it took to get logged in was ridiculous. The information that was required to sign in was ridiculous and overkill. I believe it asked 6 or 8 security questions. I think an email should have been sent out in advance, explaining the steps and information required to access the new app. Very poor launch of a new app.
