About this app
The aim of this initiative was driven by helping “Patient Experiences” through meeting their growing hopes and satisfying their demands by effective healthcare engagements with technology as an efficient and effective communication platform.
Techovative have launched Al Manara Patient Care App for Al Manara Medical Center's Patients which enables patients to access their Medical Records anywhere anytime to perform several tasks and submit requests which includes the following:
Appointments: This act as a reminder for patient’s all incoming appointments of Dr Consultation, Diagnostics and Investigations along with history of appointments
Search Doctor (Appointments): This enables patient to book & view your own and dependent, upcoming appointments, reschedule or cancel existing appointments.
Discharge Reports: Documents, patient can view their discharge summaries or medical evaluation as per admission to Healthcare Facility.
eRX (Electronic Prescription): Patient can view the details of previous visits to doctor for consultation along with electronic prescription.
Health Summary: Gives an overview of the most recent vital information like Glucose, BP, Oxygen Saturation, Heart Beat, Temp, Height and Weight etc as recorded along with its history in patients’ health records. Along with latest diagnostic, lab test report, current active medications.
Profile: Provides personal information and emergency contact, address etc
Family Members: Provides personal information of patient’s dependents and emergency contact, address
Wallet: Provides facility to manage the personal account to manage the health services immediately.
