A dedicated application for building managers, custodians and safety and maintenance managers, which enables 24/7 monitoring of Telfire's fire detection hubs.
With Alerto+, fire detection becomes much more efficient, smarter and easier. Alerto+ allows you to respond to faults and alarms in real time, from anywhere and at any time, using your mobile phone, both routinely and in emergencies. In addition, Alerto+ allows technicians to perform various maintenance operations remotely.

What’s new

Improved Audio Notification Behavior:

Added a new option: "Mute alarm sounds"
When the "Audio Notification" setting is enabled, the app will no longer play the standard alarm sound upon receiving an alert.
Instead, it will play a single short beep, similar to a typical message notification sound.

Note: This change is designed to reduce noise while still keeping you informed with clear and subtle alerts.
