Calabrio WFM MyTime requires a minimum Android version of 5.0

Calabrio WFM MyTime is a fully functional interactive application, allowing users of the Calabrio WFM solution to view and manage their work schedules. The Calabrio WFM MyTime app is compatible with Cloud and On-Premise installations, to allow users to check and manage their schedules from anywhere at any time.

Users can view their schedule day by day, week by week or month by month. Using clear and simple pages, users can clearly see all activities during a day, when they are scheduled for lunch, what time they finish, what overtime they are working. It’s also possible to view team members’ schedules, allowing easy coordination for meetings and other activities.

Users can easily notify any absence due to sickness, request vacation, and check the status of a request. Advanced, but simple to use features, also include the setting of availability and shift trades. Setting availability is a great feature for many agents, but especially for part time workers such as students, who need to be able to vary their work times. Through a powerful shift trading functionality users can quickly adapt working times with colleagues to suit their own lifestyle, all with a few simple finger touches. A great feature for agents, and a huge time saver for their supervisors. Naturally notifications and messages can be viewed so you can quickly know of any changes.

It simply is not user friendly for employees. It gives very little instruction and no trouble shooting options upon start up for people who don't understand or remember what it is asking for. However, if it works like it does on my work computer ot an amazing easy to use thing. I am not sure if the app and program on computer are sperate but honestly think the app should give other start up options beside the URL then I would be saved a 2 hour bus ride to ho see if my time off was approved.

Your company must provide you with a URL for the app to be able to connect to your companies website. We have also provided functionality so your company could configure the system to provide you with a QR code to make this easier. You need to discuss this with your system administrator/manager as this is out of our control.

It looks and operates the exact same as the mobile website...which is mediocre at best. Trying to manage agent schedules and add activities is very difficult as they don't fit on screen well for viewing. Personally, if I have to use my phone and Teleopti, I'll visit the website in desktop mode where I can see everything I need and zoom in as required.

Since the last update I get no mobile notifications when my schedule has been changed. In addition to that, the web version now requires us to sign in multiple times to actually get into the program, and then boots us out after a short period of time. It just gets worse and worse. I can't wait until my employer gets rid of this inefficient garbage and goes with all-inclusive scheduling and HR software. Edit: there is no way to access Trade Hours on the app.
